Knowledge Transfer

The Knowledge Transfer Commission of SEIO is in charge of dealing with all matters related to knowledge transfer and R&D&i associated with the application of statistical and operational research techniques, as well as to inform and propose matters to the Executive Committee related to the transfer of knowledge to companies and public institutions that may directly or indirectly affect its partners. In this way, the aim is to contribute to the promotion of knowledge transfer and the improvement of scientific and technological culture from research activity in the field of statistics and operational research in Spain.

The commission acts as a liaison with the Math-in network (of which many partners are members through their research groups) and the Spanish Platform for Modelling, Simulation and Optimisation Technologies in a Digital Environment (PET MSO-ED, PTR2020 -001163), of which the SEIO is a member.
