Call for a programme of short mathematical visits

This programme is designed for mathematicians residing in a developing country and having received their PhD within the last four years when applying or expecting to obtain it in the next two years. Those coming from newly industrialized couindustrialized countries as of 2011 (follow the link for the precise list) will be considered for partial support.
